PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that is suitable for a heart valve, particularly of a mitral valve and a tricuspid valve, etc., concerning the device for assisting repair or displacement of a biological valve.SOLUTION: An apparatus and a method are disclosed in which a material loop 160 is configured to come in contact with at least a portion of the annulus or the valve cusp of a valve, and for performing technique to a heart valve. Multiple anchors are distributed around the loop, and is configured so as to be implanted forward in the annulus or the valve cusp. The anchors each are configured to resist the drawing to the rear. Multiple link members 150 are fixed to a material loop, and at least a portion of each link member is penetrated into a slot of each anchor so that the link member can slide to the slot 17. Then, the anchor is implanted to the annulus or the valve cusp. The loop can be used to hold a substituted valve or tighten the annulus.
