PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye drop preparation in which degradation of latanoprost in water is prevented, adsorption of latanoprost onto a plastic container is prevented, and therefore decrease in a latanoprost content is suppressed satisfactorily.SOLUTION: An eye drop preparation is composed of components (A) to (C): (A) latanoprost (B) a nonionic surfactant and (C) an organic acid having two or more carboxy groups or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
