The present invention relates to a system (SP) for preparing a hole (O) formed on a bodily wall (P), comprising: - a support body (1) defining a longitudinal axis (X) and having a proximal portion (1 a) and a distal portion (1 b) suitable for being inserted through the hole (O) - outer clamping elements (22) that can be deployed in a corolla relative to the support body (1) and are capable of covering portions of an annular surface (S) of said wall (P), and - stressing means formed to tighten and juxtapose said outer clamping elements (22) on said body (1 ) in order to gradually deform said annular surface (S) to shape, on said wall (P), a tubular portion (T) extending along the longitudinal axis (X) and to form an anchoring clamp formed from said outer clamping elements (22).La présente invention concerne un système (SP) pour préparer un orifice (O) aménagé sur une paroi organique (P), comprenant : - un corps de support (1 ) définissant un axe longitudinal (X) et présentant une portion proximale (1 a) et une portion distale (1 b) adaptée pour être introduite à travers lorifice (O) - des éléments de bridage extérieurs (22) déployables en corolle par rapport au corps de support (1 ) et susceptibles de couvrir des portions dune surface annulaire (S) de ladite paroi (P), et - des moyens de sollicitation aménagés pour resserrer et juxtaposer lesdits éléments de bridage extérieurs (22) sur ledit corps (1 ) afin de déformer progressivement ladite surface annulaire (S) pour façonner sur ladite paroi (P) une portion tubulaire (T) sétendant selon laxe longitudinal (X) et former une bride dancrage constituée desdits éléments de bridage extérieurs (22).
