<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vascular access catheter for avoiding a "phenomenon of sticking to blood vessel" of a blood removal lumen opening part at a distal end of a catheter to be a large obstacle when obtaining a stable blood flow rate in the vascular access catheter used mainly for a blood purification treatment. <;P>;SOLUTION: In the vascular access catheter provided with at least two lumens, a blood removal lumen and an autotransfusion lumen with a partition provided in the longitudinal direction, a shape near the catheter distal end is one which makes lift force generate in the direction opposite to a side where an opening part of the blood removal lumen is positioned when the vascular access catheter is placed in the blood vessel and left in the blood stream to be generated, that is, one which is bent or curved so that the side where the opening part of the blood removal lumen is positioned becomes recessed. <;P>;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
