The present disclosure relates to a method of forming a packaging unit (1) and the packaging unit formed for disposable hygiene articles. The unit comprises a sheet (100) of plastic film having an inner surface (2), which is pre-treated. The method comprises arranging the sheet (100) to be foldable along at least one folding axis (9 309), and coating a portion (6 307) of edge zones (4 4) of the sheet (100) on the inner surface (2) with a resealable pressure sensitive adhesive (12) and leaving a complementary portion of the edge zones (4 4) on the inner surface (2) adhesive-free, such that when the sheet (100) is folded along the folding axis (9 309), the adhesive coated portion (6 307) is arranged to be in contact with the complementary adhesive-free portion (7) on the opposing inner surface (2) of the sheet (100). To reduce adhesive strength of an adhesive bond between the complementary adhesive-free portion (7) and the adhesive coated portion (6 307) the adhesive-free portion (7) is provided with a silicone-free printing ink in a printed pattern, the pattern having a size corresponding to at least 40% of the size of the adhesive coated portion (6 307).La présente invention concerne un procédé de formation dune unité demballage (1) et lunité demballage formée pour des articles dhygiène jetables.
