The present invention relates to an IDO-1 inhibitor and uses thereof, and more specifically, to an IDO-1 inhibitor which realizes excellent effects in suppressing cancer metastasis and cancer recurrence by suppressing the action of an enzyme in cell, Indoleamine-2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) to a preparation method thereof and to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same as an active ingredient.
