PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptor for connection, which can be connected with a Luer lock type syringe or the like, which can prevent interference of a needle-protecting hood during the connection while suppressing occurrence of an erroneous puncturing, and which can enhance removal facility more than before.

SOLUTION: This adaptor 100 for connection includes: a needle tube 110 the needle-protecting hood 120 which is constituted in a manner to cover the needle tube 110, and has two notches 122 on the distal end side and a tubular screw-connecting part 140 which communicates with the needle tube 110. If the notch portion on the right side is a first notch part 124 while the notch portion on the left side is a second notch part 128 when the notch 122 is divided into two on a virtual plane V, the first notch part 124 has a notch shape which broadens from the screw-connecting part 140 side to the distal end side of the needle-protecting hood 120.
