PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus and an X-ray CT imaging method capable of improving quality of a scanography image.SOLUTION: An X-ray CT apparatus includes an X-ray tube, a first detector, a plurality of second detectors, and a processing circuit. The X-ray tube irradiates an X-ray, the first detector is arranged at a position opposed to the X-ray tube with a subject in between, and rotates with the X-ray tube by a rotary frame. The plurality of second detectors arranged between the subject and the first detector are photon counting type detectors fixed along the rotation track of the rotary frame. The processing circuit performs first scanning and creates first data from the first detector, specifies a plurality of first channels which are detector positions based on the first data, and creates a scanogram image based on a positional relationship of the X-ray tube, the first detector, and the plurality of second detectors, and information on the plurality of first channels.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】スキャノ像の品質を向上させることができるX線CT装置及びX線CTイメージング方法を提供すること。【解決手段】実施形態に係るX線CT装置は、X線管と、第1の検出器と、複数の第2の検出器と、処理回路とを備える。X線管は、X線を照射する。第1の検出器は、被検体を挟んで前記X線管と対向する位置に配置され、前記X線管と共に回転フレームにより回転する。複数の第2の検出器は、前記被検体と前記第1の検出器との間に配置され、前記回転フレームの回転軌道に沿って固定される光子計数型検出器である。処理回路は、第1のスキャンを行って前記第1の検出器から第1のデータを生成し、前記第1のデータに基づいて、検出器位置である複数の第1のチャネルを特定し、前記X線管、前記第1の検出器、前記複数の第2の検出器の位置関係及び、前記複数の第1のチャネルに関する情報、に基づいて、スキャノグラム画像を生成する。【選択図】図1
