Disclosed is a laser etching apparatus using laser to form a groove or a hole on a machining target. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a conveyor moving the object to be processed in one direction a feeder inserting the machining target to the conveyor and a laser marker irradiating a laser beam to the machining target transferred by the conveyor to form a groove or a hole on the surface.
