PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a test method using a mix of two or more metal salts for carrying out an epicutaneous patch test.SOLUTION: A mix of metal salts on a patch is incorporated in a vehicle which is formulated as a film or gel adhering to the patch. The film contains at least one polymer capable of absorbing moisture that is secreted from the skin area being tested when the patch is in use.
