Disclosed are a biological selenium and zinc-containing, flower-promoting and ear-protecting organic foliar fertiliser for rice, and a preparation method for the fertiliser. A nutrient solution is made from raw materials having the following weight percentages: 10% of bone meal, 20% of onion leaves, 20% of rapeseed residue, 10% of table vinegar, 30% of water hyacinth, 10% of a rhodospirillum extract solution, and 0.1% of fermentation microbiota I. In the preparation method, the onion leaves and the rapeseed residue are crushed, fermentation microbiota I is added, high temperature high speed solid-state fermentation and composting are performed for 24 hours, a fermentation product is extracted, the bone meal and the table vinegar are added, acetification is performed, a water hyacinth fermentation solution and the rhodospirillum are further added to the acetified raw materials, and uniform mixing and stirring are performed. Selenium and germanium are present in the form of biological enzymes. The fertiliser is provided with more active small molecule peptides, is used for being sprayed on leaf surfaces during rice flowering and ear production, and not only boosts a rice ear production and filling unit weight, but also prevents rice aspergillus and has the function of increasing product quality and reducing chalkiness.Linvention concerne un engrais foliaire organique et biologique pour riz, permettant de protéger les épis et de favoriser la croissance de fleurs, contenant du zinc et du sélénium, et un procédé de préparation de lengrais.
