PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately correct a line defect in the same direction as moire in a diagnostic image.
SOLUTION: The X-ray diagnostic imaging apparatus is provided with: a part 9 for calculating the frequency of the moire included in the diagnostic image and a defect correction pixel selection part 10 for selecting a pixel to be used for defective pixel correction from the frequency of the moire calculated in the moire frequency calculation part 9.
