PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible structure capable of being applied for a percutaneous absorption preparation which is stuck to a skin, and capable of being applied for applications of a medical drug, cosmetic and health food product or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a flexible structure which comprises a hollow structure with a plurality of cell spaces, the cell space has an opening, the plurality of cell spaces are continuously arranged on one plane, and some cell spaces of the hollow structure, a functional material and a variable fluid material are independently arranged.
