PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a substance which is excellent in deliverability and can effectively stay a drug in a living body over a long period, and to build a drug delivery system using the substance.
SOLUTION: When a deliverable substance produced by reacting a polyalkylene glycol or its reactive derivative, a phospholipid, and a drug to form covalent bonds is systemically or topically administered, pharmaceutical effects can be sustained at a dose over a long period, because the substance is stayed at a target site in the living body for the long period.
