The present invention relates to a composition for preventing and treating male infertility, containing a compound combination as an active ingredient. Une méthode d'évaluation de l'effet favorisant le mouvement des spermatozoïdes in vitro qui étudie l'effet de la combinaison de composés selon la présente invention sur les variations de la numération des spermatozoïdes et de la mobilité du sperme humain et porcin a confirmé que les échantillons selon la présente invention présentent une mobilité accrue du sperme dans l'expérience in vitro sur le sperme humain et porcin. Par conséquent, la composition peut être utile dans une composition pharmaceutique, un aliment fonctionnel pour la santé et un complément alimentaire pour la santé destinés à prévenir et à traiter la stérilité masculine.본 발명은 화합물 조합을 유효성분으로 함유하는 남성 불임증 예방 및 치료용 조성물에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 화합물 조합을 대상으로 사람과 돼지정액의 정자수와 운동성 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 시험관내 (In vitro) 정자 운동 증진 효능 평가법을 통하여 본 발명의 시료들이 사람과 돼지정액의 in vitro 실험에서 정자 운동성이 증가함을 확인함으로서, 상기 조성물을 남성불임증의 예방 및 치료용 약학조성물, 건강기능식품 및 건강보조식품에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
