The present invention relates to mutant proteins of alginate degrading enzyme derived from A.vinelandii . More specifically, the present invention relates to a mutant alginate degrading enzyme, a production method thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same. The mutant alginate degrading enzymes of the present invention have been found to have higher degradation activity than the wild type enzyme, and thus can be used for the purpose of lowering or eliminating alginic acid. In particular, when bacteria are used in combination with existing antibiotics to remove alginic acid from the biofilm formed for infection, it is possible to effectively inhibit bacterial infection.본 발명은 A. vinelandii 에서 유래한 알긴산 분해효소의 돌연변이 단백질들에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 본 발명은 돌연변이 알긴산 분해효소, 이의 생산방법, 및 이들을 함유한 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 돌연변이 알긴산 분해효소들은 야생형 효소보다 분해 활성이 높은 것을 확인하였으므로 알긴산을 저분자화 또는 소멸시키기 위한 목적으로 이용될 수 있다. 특히 세균이 감염을 위하여 형성하는 생물막의 알긴산을 제거하는 역할을 수행할 수 있으므로 기존의 항생제와 함께 사용할 경우 효과적으로 세균의 감염을 억제시킬 수 있을 것이다.
