PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coextruded multilayer film which is made excellent in low-temperature pinhole resistance and transparency, the delamination of which and the blocking of which with polypropylene-made contents are not caused, even when treated at high temperature, on which high-pressure steam sterilization can be performed, and to provide a package body of the coextruded multilayer film.SOLUTION: The coextruded multilayer film is composed of an outer layer, an intermediate layer, an inner layer 1 and another inner layer 2 in this order. As the intermediate layer, at least one adhesive resin layer based on high-density polyethylene, which has 0.925 or higher density and 125°C or higher melting point, or straight-chain low-density polyethylene. The inner layer 1 is a straight-chain low-density polyethylene resin layer having 0.910-0.930 density.
