To provide a sheet cosmetic which can impart a dryness-free smooth touch to the skin without detriment to the dryness and smoothness of the skin and is highly able to keep the skin dry and smooth. The sheet cosmetic is prepared by impregnating a sheet-like base with an aqueous dispersion containing (a) a crosslinked (meth)acrylate ester resin powder having compression strength of 0.7 to 10 kgf/mm2 and (b) an oily ingredient.
