The invention relates to targeted RNA interference (RNAi) for the prevention and treatment of cardiomyopathy by inhibiting the expression of the enhancer RNA 22 (eRNA-22). An RNAi agent, a nucleic acid vector encoding an RNAi agent, a virus carrying such vector and a cell capable of producing such virus are provided.Linvention concerne linterférence ARN (ARNi) ciblée pour la prévention et le traitement dune cardiomyopathie par linhibition de lexpression de lactivateur ARN 22 (ARN-22).
