The present invention relates to an RF coil for a magnetic resonance image, capable of improving transmission efficiency and reception sensitivity by combining a high dielectric material with a coil for inductive coupling. The RF coil for a magnetic resonance image includes: a coil unit (110) for transmission and reception which is connected to a cable, is arranged in a cylindrical shape, and performs RF transmission and reception； an inductively coupled coil unit (120) which is arranged in a cylindrical shape inside the coil unit for transmission and reception； and a high dielectric unit (130) which is formed between the coil unit (110) for transmission and reception and the inductively coupled coil unit (120).본 발명은 유도 결합용 코일과 고유전체 물질을 조합하여 송신 효율과 수신 민감도를 개선할 수 있는 자기공명 영상용 RF 코일에 관한 것으로, 케이블과 연결되어 원통 형상으로 배치되어 RF 송수신이 이루어지는 송수신용 코일부(110)와； 상기 송수신용 코일부의 내측에 원통 형상으로 배치되는 유도결합형 코일부(120)와； 상기 송수신용 코일부(110)와 상기 유도결합형 코일부(120) 사이에 구비되는 고유전체부(130)；를 포함한다.
