PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the threshing structure of a whole culm-charging type combined harvester which can improve a threshing performance and grain recovery efficiency.SOLUTION: A threshing cylinder 16 comprises a plurality of threshing cylinder frames 47 disposed in a state that the frames 47 are arranged in the circumferential direction of the threshing cylinder 16 at a prescribed distance, and a plurality of threshing teeth 48 disposed so as to project from the threshing cylinder frames 47 to the outside of the threshing cylinder 16, thus forming an inner space S communicating with a threshing chamber 14 in the threshing cylinder 16.
