Number of cells in the anterior chamber moisture: 1–20 cells – 1, more than 20 – 2； presence of hypopion – 3, anterior chamber is not visible – 4. IOP value: increased – 1, decreased – 2； thickness of cornea in area of ulcerous defect: 1 – more or equal to 366 mcm, 2 – 183–365 mcm, 3 – less than 183 mcm； presumed etiology: trophic – 1, edge – 2, viral – 3, bacterial – 4, fungal – 5. Slow progressive course – 1, fast-progressive – 3, lightning – 5.
