PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger which obtains high heat exchange performance by making the flow of blood to respective heat transfer tubes uniform.

SOLUTION: The heat exchanger includes a heat exchanger case, a bottom member 90B mounted on one end of the heat exchanger case, and a plurality of heat transfer tubes (a tube group 80) which are loaded inside the heat exchanger case and have one end from which the blood flows-in via the bottom member 90B. The bottom member 90B includes an annular wall 93, a bottom surface 96, and a blood inlet port 98. The bottom surface 96 faces one end of the heat transfer tube. The bottom surface 96 includes a groove part 96c and bottom topping parts 96a, 96b provided on both end sides of the groove part 96c. The bottom topping parts 96a, 96b are slanted in such a manner that a distance H2 between the bottom topping parts 96a, 96b on the side where the blood inlet port 98 is provided and one end of the heat transfer tubes is smaller than a distance H1 between the bottom topping parts 96a, 96b on the opposite side from the side where the blood inlet port 98 is provided and one end of the heat transfer tubes.
