PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic surgical guide capable of accurately reflecting data obtained by CT imaging on a guide hole of the surgical guide, and a trial guide to be used along with the surgical guide.SOLUTION: The surgical guide for use in imaging by an X-ray CT includes: providing a hollow body at a site corresponding to a missing portion of a patients tooth injecting a wax in the hollow body and providing the inside of the wax with a hollow columnar body. The columnar body of the surgical guide is composed of aluminum or aluminum alloy.
