Abstract - 599206 Disclosed are specific compounds, stereoisomers, salts, hydrates, solvates, or crystalline forms thereof as encompassed by the general formula (I), wherein the substituents are as defined herein. Further disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition which comprises an effective amount of a compound of formula (I) to treat a hepatitis C virus infection.
