PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container sterilizing device capable of evenly irradiating ultraviolet rays to a lateral face in addition to a bottom of a container while having a simple structure.SOLUTION: There are included: a light source 5 light-emitting ultraviolet rays UV as sterilization light and a light guide body 10 having a light-receiving surface 11 provided on one end and receiving light of ultraviolet rays UV which the light source 5 light-emits, a tip surface 13 provided on the other end and facing the light-receiving surface 11, and a lateral face 15 connecting the light-receiving surface 11 and the tip surface 13.
