Dalším řešením je způsob výroby filmem potažené tablety, obsahující účinnou látku Deferasirox. Deferasirox, vykazuje chelatační účinek na ionty železa, a proto se využívá pro léčbu chronického přebytku železa v organismu v důsledku častých krevních tranfuzí.The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition in the form of a film-coated tablet comprising the active ingredient Deferasirox of formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in an amount of 40% by weight. % or less, preferably 40 wt. with respect to the total weight of the tablet core, and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
