The two-way bone conduction communication device provided with the optical pulse meter comprises: a helmet 20 that includes a bone conduction speaker 2, a bone conduction microphone 1, the optical pulse meter 3, and a three-axis acceleration sensor 4； a processing circuit that computes data； and two-way transmission and reception means for connecting the processing circuit to the internet.
