PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine pad hardly allowing a user, such as an aged male user whose penis is atrophic, to leak, capable of effectively using the absorbability of an absorber, and hardly developing rash around the scrotum of the user.
SOLUTION: The urine pad 1A includes the absorber 22, a top sheet 18 at least part of which is made of a liquid-permeable material, and a back sheet 20 made of a liquid-impermeable material. The urine pad 1A further has a penis fixing sheet 50A disposed on the front end E1 side of the urine pad 1A to extend in the lateral direction of the urine pad 1A. Both side edges of the penis fixing sheet 50A in the lateral direction are joined to the front surface of the top sheet 18. The width of a penis insertion part 54A formed between a first joint part 52A for joining one side edge of the penis fixing sheet 50A and a second joint part 52B for joining the other side edge of the penis fixing sheet 50A tapers from the front end E1 toward the rear end E2 side of the urine pad 1A.
