The invention provides: a multidose package containing an imiquimodformulation suitable for treating topicalconditions such as actinic keratosis, superficial basal cell carcinoma andexternal genital warts, said package comprising: a) a dispensingaperture for dispensing the formulation from the package； b) a reservoircontaining a sufficient amount of said formulationto provide two or more doses； c) a metered dosage means for measuring apredetermined dose of said formulation, said meanscomprising an inlet from said reservoir and an outlet to said dispensingaperture； and d) an actuating means for operating saiddosage means such that the predetermined dose is delivered to said dispensingaperture； wherein said dose is dispensed withoutmicrobial or other contamination or degradation of the formulation inreservoir； a course of treatment of actinic keratosis, superficialbasal cell carcinoma or external genital warts comprising provision of amultidose package containing an imiquimod formulation'suitable for said treatment； a method of treatment of actinic keratosis,superficial basal cell carcinoma or external to genitalwarts with multiple doses of an imiquimod formulation characterised in thatthe multiple doses are provided by a multidose package；and a method of providing a multidose package containing an imiquimodformulation suitable for treating topical conditionssuch as actinic keratosis, superficial basal cell carcinoma and externalgenital warts.
