<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a microorganism having a probiotechs function capable of controlling periodontal disease bacteria with mechanism except lactic acid having a dental caries action. <；P>；SOLUTION: It has been found that the growth of Porphyromonas gingivalis can be controlled by competing Bifidobacterium bifidum requiring vitamin K with vitamin K which is a Porphyromonas gingivalis growth factor.
