The present invention relates to an antler extract through solid-phase fermentation and a method to prepare the same. The present invention provides a method to prepare an antler extract having anti-wrinkle activity through solid-phase fermentation and an antler extract prepared by the method, wherein the method comprises: a steaming step of steaming pulverized antler with steam to contain a moisture content of 15-20 wt% based on the weight of the antler; a fermenting step of inoculating a natto strain cultured liquid on the antler powder in a solid phase, followed by fermentation, and performing aging the fermented solid-phase antler powder while the temperature is raised to and maintained at 60°;C, thereby obtaining fermented antler; an extracting/concentrating step of adding purified water to the solid-phase fermented antler obtained in the fermenting step, followed by extraction of active ingredients at 60-70°;C; and a powder obtaining step of concentrating and freeze-drying a liquid-phase extract obtained in the extracting/concentrating step to obtain a solid-phase powder. The present invention extracts antler in the most eco-friendly manner, reduces the destruction of bioactive substances of the antler, increases the contents of the active ingredients, and improves productivity; thus can be useful as a method to prepare an antler extract used in various fields.
