The present utility model relates to a main body having a topsheet, a backsheet and an intermediate sheet provided between said topsheet and backsheet, said topsheet, backsheet and intermediate sheet being secured at the peripheral edge of said main body, and a pair of interconnectable front and rear flaps outwardly extending at the opposed lateral end portions of said main body so as to form a front waist region, a rear waist region and a crotch region extending therebetween a soaker element being detachably secured on said top sheet wherein said front and rear flaps being provided with a fit adjusting means disposed along the surface thereof, wherein said crotch region having elasticized opposed side edge portions and said rear flap having an elasticized transverse edge portion and wherein said intermediate sheet being water resistant.
