Electromechanical toothbrush comprises handle, drive assembly and miniature gyroscope. Drive assembly comprises processor for bringing toothbrush head is actuated with selected oscillation frequency of toothbrush head and toothbrush head movement amplitude, wherein drive assembly is located inside handle. Miniature gyroscope is installed at least on toothbrush head and at part of drive assembly inside handle, wherein miniature gyroscope serves for detection of angular speed of toothbrush head, when toothbrush head operates in mouth of user.
