The present invention relates to an apparatus and a system for processing livestock hair including pig hair for recycling. The present invention has following advantages. The livestock hair such as pig hair and the like can be recycled as fertilizer or feed by dehydrating and carbonizing (roasting) the same, thereby maintaining the protein-like nutrients.
