The present invention relates to a granular scorched rice manufacturing device using brown rice and, more specifically, to a granular scorched rice manufacturing device using brown rice, which is manufactured by heating washed brown rice at an upper portion of a heating plate while dragging the same using an attractor and then steams, swells, and dries the brown rice to manufacture the scorched rice in a granular form. To this end, the device comprises: a supplier unit for washing the brown rice and supplying the wet brown rice； a heater unit for heating the supplied brown rice； and a conveyor unit for finally manufacturing a grainular scorched rice using heat while moving the supplied brown rice from the front to a rear side from a surface of the heater unit.본 발명은 현미를 이용한 낱알형 누룽지 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 세척한 현미를 가열판 상부에서 끌개를 이용해 끌면서 가열하여 증숙, 팽화, 건조 과정을 거치면서 낱알 형태의 누룽지로 제조할 수 있도록 이루어진 현미를 이용한 낱알형 누룽지 제조 장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 이를 위해 씻어서 젖은 현미를 공급하기 위한 공급장치부와, 공급된 현미를 가열하는 가열장치부와, 공급된 현미를 가열장치부의 표면에서 전방에서 후방 측으로 끌어 이동시키면서 열을 이용해 최종적으로 낱알 형태의 누룽지로 제조하는 이송장치부를 포함하여 이루어진다.
