PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions that suppress increased blood creatine kinase concentration that also become a good protein source.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a composition for suppressing increased creatine kinase concentration which contains an egg white peptide as an active ingredient. The composition is an egg white peptide that is obtained by degrading egg white protein by the usual method and may be commercially available, and has preferably egg white peptide with an average molecular weight of 200 to 2000 and more preferably of 250 to 1500.
