The present invention relates to a batter mix composition, and specifically, to a frying powder composition which includes roasted brown rice powder, precooked brown rice powder, crosslinked brown rice powder, acid-decomposed brown rice powder, and raw brown rice powder, and has high viscosity without adding food additives. The present invention also relates to a production method of the batter mix composition.
