PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical examination support system capable of being carried by a user, confirming medical examination information, browsing medical examination support information, and performing an input in an electronic medical chart, or the like.SOLUTION: The medical examination support system including a portable terminal for browsing medical examination related information including medical examination support information to which a medical staff refers in medical examination and/or medical examination information about a medical examination received by a patient, and a server device includes: medical examination related information specification means for specifying medical examination related information to be a browsing object in response to an operation instruction to the portable terminal； and information selection means for selecting partial information from in displayed medical examination related information in response to an operation instruction to the portable terminal.
