The present invention relates to a von Willebrand Factor for use in thetreatment and/or prevention of a bleedingevent associated with a thrombopathy induced by substances inhibitingthrombocytes. Furthermore, the present invention relatesto a method of treating and/or preventing a disorder related to a bleedingevent associated with a thrombopathy induced by substancesinhibiting thrombocytes comprising administering a pharmaceutically effectiveamount of a von-Willebrand- Factor(vWF) to a patient in need thereof.
