PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic treatment device and system which can obtain a desired effect by holding the total amount of HIFU energy emitted to a treatment object portion even though an incident angle to a body surface is different.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic treatment device comprises: a treatment probe which emits treatment ultrasonic waves to a focal point 403 set in a treatment object portion from a plurality of treatment vibrators 39 an HIFU controller which controls the intensity of each treatment ultrasonic beam an imaging probe which is provided in the center part of the treatment probe and transmits/receives an ultrasonic wave for imaging between a living body and itself an ultrasonic image constitution part which generates an ultrasonic image including the focal point generated from a reception signal of the imaging probe and a monitor which displays the ultrasonic image. The HIFU controller calculates an incident angle to the body surface of the treatment ultrasonic beam emitted to the focal point from each treatment vibrator on the basis of the ultrasonic image displayed on the monitor and compensates for the intensity of the treatment ultrasonic beam emitted from each treatment vibrator that is reduced in accordance with the calculated incident angle.
