The present invention relates to a dental sterilization and cleaning apparatus, and more particularly, to a dental sterilization and cleaning apparatus which is portable, simply cleans the whole mouth by selectively spraying a cleaning solution without power supply, fills sterilized cleaning water when a dental cleaner (1000) is mounted on a body, and cleans the whole mouth using various nozzle tips which are mounted on a nozzle tip storage unit located in the body by users.
