Provided are a cicada larva breeding container, and a cicada larva breeding method using the same, intended to breed cicada larva in a way to stacking the breeding containers to mass-breed a large amount of cicada larva in a narrow space. According to the present invention, the cicada larva breeding container comprises: a container body having a breeding space part in which only an upper portion is opened so as to breed cicada larva； and a stacking unit formed on a sidewall of the container body to support the container body for stacking； and a ventilation unit allowing air to pass through a space formed by projections which are formed in an inwardly recessed shape along a lower edge of the container body so as to form an air passage in a vertically adjoining gap so that air can pass through the breeding space part in the container body positioned at the bottom when stacking the container body by means of the stacking unit.본 발명의 목적은 좁은 공간에서 많은 양의 굼벵이를 대량으로 사육할 수 있도록 사육 용기를 쌓는 방식으로 하여 굼벵이를 사육할 수 있게 한 굼벵이 사육 용기 및 그를 이용한 굼벵이 사육방법을 제공한다. 이러한 본 발명은, 굼벵이를 사육할 수 있도록 상부만이 개구되는 사육공간부를 구비하는 용기 몸체； 상기 용기 몸체의 측벽에 형성되어 상기 용기 몸체를 적층할 수 있게 지지하는 적층수단； 및 상기 적층수단에 의해 용기 몸체를 적층시 하부에 위치하는 용기 몸체의 사육공간부로 공기가 통하도록 상하로 인접하는 사이에 공기유동로가 형성되도록 상기 용기 몸체의 하단 테두리를 따라 내측으로 요입되는 형태의 단턱을 형성하여 상기 단턱에 의해 형성되는 공간을 통해 공기가 통하도록 하는 통기수단；을 포함한다.
