PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol composition which is based on an oil and to be discharged in a foam form by a propellant, where the aerosol composition is discharged in a fine foam form with the foam persisting for 30 seconds or more and is excellent in detergency and usability.SOLUTION: A oil foam aerosol composition contains (A) a liquid oil, (B) a surfactant, and (C) carbon dioxide. The (B) surfactant contains (B1) a fatty acid decaglyceryl with HLB being 10-14, and (B2) a fatty acid diglyceryl with the HLB being 7-10. The total content of (B1) and (B2) is 2-20 mass%, and the content ratio is (B1):(B2)=1:9 to 1:1.
