The present invention relates to a multifunctional fishing chair. The multifunctional fishing chair of the present invention comprises: a back for supporting a user back； a seat frame installed at a lower portion of the back by a hinge part such that the seat frame is able to rotate and be folded； a pair of first legs installed at one end of a side surface of the seat frame such that the first legs are able to rotate and be folded, to support the seat frame from the ground； and a pair of second legs corresponding to the first legs and installed at the other end of the side surface of the seat frame such that the second legs are able to rotate and be folded, to support the seat frame from the ground.
