PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle-like therapeutic instrument 10 which can form an apical sheet 55 so that a distance 55t between a physiological apical foramen 541 and the apical sheet 55 may be a desired distance.SOLUTION: The needle-like therapeutic instrument 10 is utilized by being connected to an electric root canal length measuring apparatus 20.
