The invention relates to a capsule dosage form for sublingual application, which has a capsule shell and a plurality of microcapsules filled in the capsule shell, wherein the microcapsules each contain a coating and a natural active peptide powder layer arranged in the coating. The invention is applicable to the transport of peptide active ingredients through sublingual mucosa.
