A drill guide system comprising:a hemispherical cup having an opening thereina body having a distal end, a proximal end and a lumen extending between the distal end and the proximal end anda connector for connecting the body to the hemispherical cup so that the lumen at the distal end of the body is aligned with the opening in the hemispherical cup.
