PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical microscope system that does not cause trouble to observation with an electronic image display device even when a focal point inside a surgical microscope is shifted.SOLUTION: Since focusing mechanisms 41, 42, and 43 are provided to a CCD 21 of a camera 20, when display on an electronic image display device 5 side is unclear due to the shift of a focal point, the focusing mechanisms 41, 42, and 43 are adjusted to perform focal point adjustment to correct the display to be clear.
