PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for chopping noodle strip, designed to obtain well-sharp-edged hand-made-fashioned noodles equivalent to knife-cut noodles despite being a reasonable method for chopping noodle strip using cutter rollers, and to provide an apparatus for the method.SOLUTION: The method for chopping noodle strip comprises the following practice: The cutter rollers each with a plurality of circular blades assembled rectangularly to its rotating shaft and a columnar receiving roller are arranged in parallel.
